First 14 Days

Full refund available if you've accessed less than 25% of course materials and submit your request within two weeks of enrollment.

Technical Issues

If platform problems prevent you from accessing content and we can't resolve them within 5 business days, you qualify for a refund.

Duplicate Purchase

Accidental duplicate enrollments are refunded in full when reported within 30 days, no questions asked.

We Review Within 3 Days

Our team checks your account activity and enrollment date. Most requests are processed faster, but we guarantee a response within 72 business hours.

Approval Notification

You'll receive an email confirming your refund approval with expected processing timeline based on your original payment method.

Payment Processing

Refunds are initiated immediately after approval. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Different Refund Scenarios

Not all situations are the same. Here's what applies in various circumstances:

Program Not Started

If you enrolled but never logged in or accessed any materials, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We understand plans change.

Partial Completion

Between 25% and 50% completion within the first 14 days may qualify for a 50% refund. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, considering your specific situation.

Medical or Family Emergency

Life happens. If you need to withdraw due to serious personal circumstances, contact us directly. We work with you to find a solution, whether that's a refund, program pause, or transfer to a future session.

Course Cancellation

If we cancel a program or can't deliver the content as described, you receive a full refund automatically. You don't need to request it.

Promotional Credits

If you used a promotional code or credit during enrollment, that discount amount is deducted from the refund. You receive back what you actually paid.

How quickly you get your money back depends on how you originally paid. Here are typical timelines once we process your refund:

These are estimates based on standard processing times. Your financial institution might take longer during busy periods or holidays. If you haven't received your refund after the maximum timeframe, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Important Things to Know

Refunds aren't available after you've completed more than 50% of course materials or after 14 days from enrollment, whichever comes first.

If you violate our terms of service or share course materials inappropriately, you forfeit refund eligibility.

Downloaded materials or certificates issued before refund requests don't extend eligibility, but we consider them when evaluating your case.

Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole, not for individual components. You can't keep part of a bundle and refund the rest.

All refunds are processed in the original currency of payment. Exchange rate fluctuations aren't compensated.

Access to course materials is revoked immediately upon refund approval. You won't be able to log in or view content after that point.
